FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

Joe Kerley is a young, driven, real estate entrepreneur. In 2021 Joe arranged the acquisition of a $3M value-add student housing investment at the University of Denver. Joe secured a $2.2M loan and assembled the top Construction and Property Management teams in Denver to implement the investment’s business plan.

Joe also served as an Asset Management Associate for a Denver-area private real estate investment firm. There he played an integral part in underwriting and analyzing $100M+ of multifamily opportunities in the Denver area. He assisted in the financial analysis, due diligence, debt and equity correspondence for several projects totaling over 300+ units and $75M. Joe also served as the lead for the delivery of all closing related tasks and documents and is incredibly familiar with real estate and investment closing processes.

Joe looks to consistently challenge himself. Joe completed the full Ironman Chattanooga in September of 2021. He enjoys playing golf, backpacking, lifting, and spending time with friends.
